Personal data privacy notice
1. Who this notice is for
This page concerns data collected through www.infortunisticatv.com and enquiries sent to the practice through its contact channels. It has been prepared taking into account Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the rules applicable to electronic communications. External websites accessed through links have their own privacy notices.
2. Data controller and contact details
Infortunistica Antoniana Treviso Sas
Viale della Repubblica, 243 G – 31100 Treviso
VAT number 03506490261
Email: info@infortunisticatv.com
You can use this address for information about data processing and to exercise your rights.
3. Data provided when requesting information
The initial contact form collects your full name, email address, telephone number if provided, and message. This data is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange any subsequent discussion. Your name, email and message are required to use the form; your telephone number is optional. You can also contact us by email or toll-free telephone.
The form is not intended for collecting medical reports, health records or other confidential data. For an assistance case, we will agree on the documents needed, how to send them and the relevant data processing information.
4. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Information requests and pre-contractual activities are handled in order to act on the data subject’s request. Any engagement involves processing necessary for its performance, compliance with legal obligations and the protection of rights. Website security and abuse prevention serve the legitimate interest in maintaining reliable services while respecting data subjects’ rights.
For communications you already subscribe to, you can unsubscribe using the link in the emails. The website does not offer new newsletter subscriptions. Non-essential tracking tools are subject to the consent rules explained in the cookie policy.
5. Technical data, hosting and contact form
The website uses WordPress and is hosted by Aruba. Browsing may generate technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and access times, needed to provide and protect the service.
The initial contact form uses Contact Form 7 and forwards enquiries to the practice’s service mailbox managed through Gmail (Google). Mail sent to info@infortunisticatv.com is managed with Microsoft 365. These providers process the data needed for their respective email services under their own terms and privacy notices. Enquiries may also be recorded in WordPress form archives through Flamingo and CFDB7. Antispam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes the technical data needed to distinguish legitimate access from abuse. You can manage activation of the check in the privacy panel, separately from your choices about advertising and measurement services. You can consult the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice.
The website retains its Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads integrations. Their purposes and available preferences are described in the cookie policy and in the consent management panel.
6. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed electronically and, where necessary for the practice’s work, using other organisational tools. Access is restricted to people authorised for the relevant purposes.
Communications are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any developments, taking account of legal obligations and the need to protect rights. Data connected with an engagement follows the retention periods applicable to the case. Technical data is also subject to the retention periods set by the service providers used.
7. Recipients and external services
Data may be processed by authorised staff, hosting and email providers and, where necessary for the enquiry or engagement, the professionals involved. Providers’ roles depend on the service: processors where applicable, or independent controllers for their own activities. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law. Contact the practice for further information about recipients.
8. Processing outside the European Economic Area
Using international services may involve processing in countries other than the data subject’s own. Where applicable, transfers must be supported by GDPR safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact the controller for information about the providers actually used and any applicable safeguards.
9. Data subjects’ rights
Where provided for, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the competent supervisory authority.
Requests are assessed within the statutory time limits, normally within one month, subject to extensions permitted for complex requests.
10. Other people’s data and minors
Only provide other people’s data where you are entitled to do so. The form is intended for initial contact with the practice, rather than the independent collection of confidential information about minors.
11. Updates
This notice must reflect any changes to the website’s functions. For information about cookies and similar technologies, see the cookie policy.
