Infortunistica Antoniana was founded in 1998 by accountant Francesco Guiotto. The practice developed through handling claims out of court and building expertise in their technical, insurance and compensation aspects.
Today, we continue to put this experience at the service of people facing the consequences of an accident, an injury or a possible case of medical negligence. We combine documentation and professional assessment with a direct relationship with each client.

Our team
Francesco Guiotto and Fiorella Consolaro founded the agency in 1998. Filippo Guiotto is responsible for claims assistance; Silvia Parolin is responsible for administration.
Filippo Guiotto is listed in the official FAC Certifica register as a Level 1 out-of-court claims representative (patrocinatore stragiudiziale), certificate no. 127. The register, consulted on 12 September 2026, records the initial certification date as 1 April 2019 and the expiry date as 31 March 2030.

We welcome clients at our office at Viale della Repubblica 243 G in Treviso and operate throughout Italy. We arrange online meetings and, when necessary, visits at home or in hospital, agreeing on the arrangements best suited to the situation.
