Cookies and similar technologies
1. Scope and controller
This page concerns www.infortunisticatv.com. The controller is Infortunistica Antoniana Treviso Sas, Viale della Repubblica 243 G, 31100 Treviso, VAT no. 03506490261. For information, write to info@infortunisticatv.com. The privacy policy describes the processing of personal data.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. They can support a website’s operation, remember preferences, or measure or personalise browsing. Other technologies, such as browser local storage, can serve similar purposes.
3. Tools used on the website
The website uses WordPress on Aruba hosting. Technical cookies may be used to manage sessions, security, preferences and access to the administration area. Contact Form 7 manages the contact form, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect against abuse.
The website retains Google Analytics integrations to measure visits, Google Ads for advertising and Google Tag Manager to manage tags. The My Agile Privacy panel lets you view detected services and manage applicable choices, including Google Consent Mode preferences. Non-essential measurement or advertising purposes must respect the user’s choices. The presence of a tag does not, in itself, authorise the use of optional cookies.
The office preview is a locally hosted image based on Google Maps. Google Maps opens only when you select the directions link. Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp also open external services, which process data under their own privacy notices. These services are not embedded in the page simply because a link is present.
4. Necessary cookies and consent management
Cookies strictly necessary for the service requested do not require prior consent. For non-essential cookies and other tools requiring consent, you can accept, reject or select your preferences in the banner and the My Agile Privacy panel. You can reopen the settings using the ‘Cookie preferences’ link at the bottom of every page and change your choice later. Rejecting optional tools does not prevent you from reading the content or contacting our practice.
The settings apply to the browser and device used. For further information, see the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidance on cookies.
5. Browser settings
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect some website functions or access to the restricted area. The settings apply to the browser and device used.
6. Duration and recipients
The duration of technical cookies depends on their function and your browser settings. Hosting and email providers may process the technical data needed for their services. For further information about recipients, retention and possible transfers, see the privacy policy.
7. Rights and updates
You can contact the controller for clarification or to exercise your statutory rights. This page will be updated if the technologies used by the website change.
